LIVING PLACES - DEFRA Review
Powers, Rights, Responsibilities

As part of the DEFRA led LIVING PLACES government review, NALG is pushing for legislative control to address litter in areas of the aquatic environment. Beaches, rivers and canals are not currently covered by Part IV of the EPA 1990.
